Elora Quarry

June 16, 2008

Joe and Julia came to Guelph last weekend. To enchant them with small town charm, we took them to Elora and the nearby quarry.

The entrance officer charged each of us about $3. There were 3 levels of parking - we went for the bottom level, thinking that it will be closer to the quarry. The bottom level turned out to be furthest from the quarry.

We were delighted to find a beautiful pond. The weather was wonderful as well.

Cliff jumping in Elora Quarry

Towards the end of the trip, we saw a few people cliff jumping. Searching for YouTube videos of people doing it reveals a lot of cliff jumping videos.
